Overview
Session History shows past dial sessions for the selected client, one row per session. Each row summarizes the SDR, campaign, duration, dial mode, dials, talks, emails, average call length, and status. Expand a row to review its calls and emails, play recordings, or play every recording in sequence. With a complete date range, the overview cards use canonical client totals for that ET window and the note explains how Platform and legacy activity are reconciled; the table remains a paginated Platform session audit trail. Session timestamps, call times, email times, and CSV date columns use Eastern Time (ET), and the export headers identify that timezone.
How to use this page
Select the client
Pick a client in the top-right switcher. Session History is scoped to that deal, and the page loads the matching dial sessions, calls, and emails.
Filter the sessions
Use All Campaigns and All Users to narrow the audit trail. Set both date pickers to apply a calendar range. Date ranges are interpreted in Eastern Time, and the active filters stay in the URL as you move between pages. Clear filters removes the campaign, SDR, date, and page selections. The date inputs and the session rows use Eastern Time (ET).
Read the overview totals
When no complete date range is selected, the cards show the total session count plus dials, talks, emails, and session time attached to the rows currently loaded. When both dates are selected, the cards switch to canonical client dials, talks, and emails for that ET window, while session time still describes the loaded page. The highlighted reconciliation note explains Platform calls, legacy dials, overlap deduplication, and legacy sessions without Platform detail rows.
Sort and page through results
Click the sortable SDR, Campaign, Date, Dials, Talks, Emails, Avg Call, or Status heading to change the order. The table loads up to 100 sessions per page. Use Previous and Next when the summary shows more than one page; sorting applies to the sessions currently loaded on that page.
Inspect a session
Each row shows the SDR, campaign, start time, duration, single or double dial mode, Dials, Talks, Emails, average connected-call length, and status. Active sessions remain marked Active until they end. A highlighted row is a review flag for 5 or more dials with no talks and near-zero average call time; hover it for the reason. The Started and Ended values are displayed in Eastern Time (ET).
Expand a session
Click a row, or focus it and press Enter or Space, to open its detail panel. Calls show the contact, company, phone, type, result, duration, recording, and time. Emails show the contact, company, recipient, subject, and sent time. In-progress and skipped call markers are excluded from the counted session call totals. Expanded call and email times are also shown in Eastern Time (ET).
Play or download recordings
Use the inline recording player for Play or Pause, circular 10-second skip controls, seeking, the timer, and playback speed from 0.75x to 2x. Use Play All to move through every recording in the session, or the Download control in that player to save an available recording. Playback and download failures show a toast, and Play All skips an unavailable recording so the queue can continue.
Export the current page
Click Export CSV to download the session summaries currently loaded after the active filters and sorting. The export includes the SDR, campaign, start and end times, duration, mode, dials, talks, emails, average call length, and status. The Started and Ended CSV columns include the ET label in their headers.
